If during the first 60 days after ordering the Website

such request must be made before the end of 60 days from the
moment the initial payment was made. Access to the Website

refunding and the software will no longer work.

refund will be issued after the 60 days of ordering the

All cancellations must be made by user via eNetWeb Media
Cancel
Request Form. Upon request of cancelled of order eNetWeb

The price does not include installation of any kind.

only. eNetWeb Media track all users and will take
appropriate action, which could lead to termination of your
toolkit access without refund of any fees paid plus legal
action for loss of revenue.

resources "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
Users agree that eNetWeb Media shall not be responsible
for any downloading of items from the toolkit. Use of the

users will be solely responsible for any damages to their
computer or data that results.
Users

provides are respected and not abused by user. Any fraud,
scam, using Website Designer Toolkit resources is strictly
prohibited and will be dealt with accordingly.
An affiliate will
not receive any commission for a Website
